Spot PR
What is it? Spot PR is the opportunity to get your company featured in a "spot" on a TV segment hosted by an expert spokesperson. We have teamed with a variety of qualified and dynamic spokespersons that will help get your company, product, website or service noticed on TV. We call this "Spot PR" because you effectively get a spot in a TV spot.
How does it work? For "proactive" Spot PR opportunities, we work with our dynamic spokespersons to come up with various TV segment ideas that are within their wheelhouse. We then pitch those ideas to TV producers across the country to secure segments on their shows. Most segments are about 3-5 minutes long and appear on morning, mid-day, weekend and late afternoon newscasts. After we secure the segments, we look for 4-6 companies to feature in a "spot" on the segment to help make the segment informative, educational, local and fun. For "reactive" Spot PR opportunities, we work closely with one or more companies to come up with segment ideas and then work with a qualified spokesperson to bring those ideas to TV.
For Companies:
Why do Spot PR? Spot PR is an effective way to get out your message using a qualified spokesperson. It is much more cost effective to do a Spot PR opportunity than to pay a spokesperson their full fee. Plus it is much more credible to have qualified spokesperson tout your product vs. yourself (people want to hear what others think of your product, not what you think of it). Also, most TV producers won't book a segment that is just about one product; after all, that's what commercials are for! TV producers want to work with experts! And best of all, we do the work for you! No having to screen spokespeople, book TV appearances, travel to cities all over the country on your dime. Instead, we do all the heavy lifting for you utilizing a team of localized experts across the country.
Who are our spokespersons? We have a variety of incredible spokespersons and are looking for more talented people with interesting platforms to add to our speakers bureau. Our spokespersons must have an expertise in a specific area. We love working with authors, service-oriented business owners, chefs, and other experts in their fields. List of spokespeople coming soon!
What does it cost? Hiring a spokesperson can cost you thousands of dollars. Hiring a publicist to help promote that spokesperson can cost you additional thousands as well. But with a Spot PR opportunity, you share the fees with other complementary companies, making it affordable and low-cost for companies to incorporate Spot PR opportunities into their overall PR strategy and plan. Please contact us about our pricing.

For Spokespersons:
Why be a spokesperson? If you have a platform and would like to get more exposure utilizing a professional publicist, contact us! We help book you on television stations across the county and then we pay YOU to promote yourself and your platform. You can promote your book or service, as long as you promote the others featured in the "Spot PR" segment too. You must be comfortable in front of a camera and have some PR experience and credibility with reporters. We rigorously screen our spokespersons to make sure they are a good fit. Another major benefit to you is that you get introduced to companies across the nation who are looking for qualified spokespersons to help them promote their companies - so you may find a connection that leads to future opportunities too!
